@PulledForRepair @applejuice1984 I’m heading in for a 9:30-6:30 shift. First break at 12:45 with lunch at 1:30, last break is 3:15. Sure the schedule team is shit, but maybe managers could do the bare minimum and of reviewing the schedule and making sure it isn’t dog shit 🤷🏼♀️
Anyone else having issues at their store with getting any type of accommodation or being told you can no longer have an accommodation? (Regardless of it being approved) Happening to a few folks at my store and wanna know if it’s company wide or our leadership is especially shit

They’ll say meeting is technically optional (if you leave they’ll assume you’re pro union) and the point of the meeting is to say with a union you ‘might’ end up with nothing
