Double-standards that happens in India 🇮🇳 🙏:

Current HR: It’s illegal to reveal your salary to others
Also HR: Submit your salary slips before we proceed with your offer 🤡

If you have a budget, pay people what they are worth and not what their previous company paid them. They are leaving the previous employer for reasons.

Government needs to make strict laws around not getting asked our previous salary! This is holding our nation severely back. If people are paid more, they will pay more income tax, citizens will be happier and spend more on economy and the nation grows! 💪
