@FNBSA why do we still have to pay the deposit fees inside the bank, when both atms and merchant place have cancelled deposits without crediting the accounts? This happens often. Why not at the very least withhold the fees because what choice do we have when the atms are faulty?

I took a screen recording of this, but it has my flight details and I’m not savvy enough to block out the necessary bits. But that’s what’s happening to me, for the past hour. If I check in with a seat, it’s quick, if I try do it without it, I cannot. The page simply doesn’t load

Is it possible that if SAA has an empty flight, they try force you to buy an empty seat by making it impossible for you to check in without it? Like, is it possible?

@FNBSA towards the end of the month your atms swallow deposits. But then we are still expected to complete our bulk deposits at an atm, even with the error. Why isn’t can’t the bank charge us the same as the atm rate to deposit inside the bank when this happens?

@FNBSA your atms jam and shut down when depositing 10’s, 20’s and 50’s. We used to be able to go inside and swap for bigger notes. Now I’m being told I have to deposit that money in the bank, where the fees are higher. They can no longer swap? What’s going on?

@CityPowerJhb Called and the call queue is always 25-30 minutes, and somehow the calls end up dropping as you hold for longer. Most recents log attached.
