Don’t understand why she didn’t secure the dog after the cops clearly told her to… & I’m shocked at the naïveté of most responses…. Folks definitely need to get out more!

I’m very sorry this happened to the dog owner; she sounds like a lovely person, but per the published reports, THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE…. @littlejackieboy @Andrew_Maj42 I appreciate your point, but how were the cops supposed to know this? They had no idea what they were walking into. They were responding to a call about a “screaming woman.” Finally, the idiot owner apparently brought the dog inside & then “released” it on the cops.
