Farmers already carry brutal costs, deal with overbearing regulations, and zero meaningful help from Olympia (CCA clustercluck anyone?)
-Now add a new income tax that punishes cyclical earnings — the exact reality for most family farms. They lose money in tough years and try to make it up when conditions finally turn.
-The income tax will kill family farms.
