So you’re technically paying about two months rent but it isn’t bunched into one amount to be used for repairs etc.

Between the junk haul, carpet cleaning with potential need for replacement, paint, and any unseen damage, this could easily eat up a deposit.

Especially if this guys gonna hire expensive vendors.
