@BrandonSuttles6 of your diet you are increasing your voltage. Necessarily to heal. By eating keto you can then enter autophagy through fasting. Autophagy means to eat thyself. Its essentially like defragging your computer it starts with all the most corrupted damaged cells eating them for fuel
