@RailMinIndia what a failure of indian railways,my train got late by 9 hrs from Jaipur to Prayagraj 09537 yesterday & waiting for 09538[Prayg to Jaipur]from last 8 hrs,no clarity when train will come/start from Source station,totally shameful management..[1/2]

@RailMinIndia 2/2- called helpline number at 139,checked every app..no announcements at station also..already waiting at the station from last 8 hrs with 2 senior citizens and still no clarity by the concerned authorities..at least give some clarity
