1️⃣ No approval for suspension change despite multiple videos sent – scooter makes loud noise, leaks oil & is unsafe.
2️⃣ App shows “under maintenance” but scooter is with me.

@OlaElectric My Ola S1 Pro has had a front suspension issue since March 2025. Service center (Zundal, Ahmedabad) says no parts available.
You promised stock in Sept 2025, This is a 6+ month safety issue. I will be filing a police case & legal complaint. #ServiceFail

@OlaElectric I was informed that new front suspension stock for Ola S1 Pro would arrive at service centers by 1st week of Sept 2025. Yet,no call/update received. My vehicle has been waiting since March 2025 due to lack of parts. How long do customers have to suffer?@ola_supports

My scooter has been grounded since 23/03/25 with a front suspension fault. Zundal, Ahmedabad service says parts not available — no ETA, could be months!

As per my last conversation I given time to Ola Service Center manager but it’s not resolved so I am going to do FIR against serkhej Ola Center due to my Ola issue now fixed..@ola_supports @OlaElectric @OlaScooter @jagograhakjago I have evidence for all these and same will upload

Still I did not get my Ola back.

I did 25 calls on ola IVR and 50 calls at Sarkhej Gujarat services Center. No one is replying and send my scooter back. @OlaElectric @ola_supports @bhash @OlaScooter
