What part of rebuilding is confusing? This is what happens. One could argue you keep Thomas and build around him, but either way you have to move somebody. Unless you’re happy with how they look now.

The opportunity is there to jumpstart a true rebuild, not this “reworking” thing that obviously hasn’t worked.
