Out listening to residents in Langholm today
No support for the same old, same old from the SNP
They're scunnered at being left behind & ready for change with @AnasSarwar & @ScottishLabour the only party that can beat the SNP here For genuine change

A Scottish Labour government will deliver £100 million of emergency support in our first 100 days to protect jobs, cut fuel costs and help families through the toughest of times. https://t.co/qftPlIQ7kV
Out in Kelloholm today. A community left behind after 19yrs of the SNP failing local GP & Dental services. In a village with an ageing population and marked health inequalities this is a disgrace.
Vote @ScottishLabour in May for a plan to fix the NHS that actually works 💪🌹
Ballots close 19 February I'm asking for your #1 vote in the South Scotland regional list selection for Scottish Labour members. Politics needs not only experience but the willingness to adapt to a changing world and translate that into real energy in Holyrood.
A warm welcome today in Eastriggs, a villlage famous for contributing to the economy of Dumfriesshire & Scotland. But after 19 yrs of the SNP it's been hollowed out; no local police, no GP & fewer amenities.
Eastriggs needs #ANewDirection#VoteScotLab26 🌹
The biggest complaint across Dumfriesshire is potholes. £130m taken from D&G Council by the SNP since 2011 and a demand for £35m more in cuts. The SNP will tax you more whilst starving our communities of funds, that's why our roads don't get repaired.
#LetsRebuildDumfriesshire🌹
Out with @DryburghArchie today in Victory Ave & Annan Rd in Gretna. Positive responses, but also concerns raised about the declining NHS and a shocking but not unusual 6hr wait for an 'emergency' ambulance.
Gretna deserves better than 5 more yrs of the SNP
#VoteScotLab2026🌹
Yet another shameful waste of the public pound by the SNP. We need investment in our trunk roads not least in the only Euroroutes not duelled i.e. A75/77

SNP axe plans to cut speed limit to 50mph after backlash | The Herald https://t.co/HbPcvtikQB
CRISIS and EMERGENCY are 2 descriptors I don't want to be using next year. So as a Local Cllr what do I want for Christmas ....a multiyear budget for D&G Council from the SNP, that more than makes up for the £329m taken from us by them since 2013.

In Dumfriesshire The Future is Ours to Build.... In 2026 we can accept almost 20yrs of managed decline and apathy with the SNP OR CHOOSE AMBITION with Scottish Labour 🌹
D&G Council declared a housing emergency in June 2024 admitting systemic failure over temporary accomodation, breaching legislation over 300 x btwn 2023 & 2024. The SNP responded by cutting the housing budget. Only @ScottishLabour can get Scotland building again.
#LabourYIMBY
A @UKLabour budget that works for Scotland and Dumfriesshire. Providing an increase in the National Minimum and National Living Wage in a region that has the lowest mean wage in Scotland. Helping people to help themselves and making work pay.

It’s started at #apseenergy summit in Glasgow starting with @scotgov Catriona Lang on the three pillars Adaptation Mitigation and Just Transition at the @Marriott
