@BrooksBrothers please do better! I went to your store in West Farms mall. Went to buy a sweater that was tagged at $148, but when I went to pay it came up as $198. Store wouldn’t honor the listed price. I was set to buy multiple… Please do better than the bate and switch.

@BMWUSA @BMWMotorsport @NCBMW This company is willing to let a customer be frustrated with loud squeaking brakes because they do not how to fix it. #customerservice is beyond subpar. Where is the #advocacy. Terrible - instead of working with me, you just lost me as a customer.

@BMWUSA never buying a BMW again. Unacceptable service and advocacy. Amazing how they deem it ok to drive a vehicle that squeaks LOUD when braking. Can’t figure out the problem, but says it’s acceptable because it functions. Paying a premium for functionality..

@BMWUSA I just got off the call with BMW and being told that I have to do deal with squeaking loud brakes because they are saying it is functioning correctly. I got a bunch of boiler plate responses. unacceptable that you want me to stay paying a premium for a vehicle like this

@BMWUSA I was told by the General manager and servicing that BMW says this is “normal and characteristic of these brakes, and driving style.” Am I suppose to deal with squeaking brakes for the duration of my lease? I’m disappointed in BMW and their lack of understanding.

@BMWUSA Anyone that has a 2021 BMW X3 - are you experiencing squeaking brake issues? I’ve had the vehicle for a year and have had to bring it in to New Country BMW in Hartford, CT 5 times in the past year to get serviced and the noise continues. @BMW @NCBMWHartford

Paying for a premium vehicle - I would expect it to not wake up the neighbors when I am applying the brakes. I’m upset with this vehicle as it should not make a loud squeaking noise when I engage the brakes. I don’t think that’s too much to ask for.
