The strange economic death of Europe:
- Buying Russian energy through India as an intermediary at an added cost, which makes European industries less competitive. Economic suicide by virtue-signalling.
- The US destroyed Europe's energy infrastructure to capture the market and sell their expensive energy. Now the US offers subsidies to uncompetitive European industries to relocate to the US. European leaders stay silent, do not address competing national interests, and do not even diversify economic dependencies sufficiently as they pride themselves on upholding the solidarity of liberal democracies. - Politico is still vague as it reports the Ukraine War "cut off German industry’s access to cheap Russian gas". How exactly? Who imposed the sanctions and cut themselves off from the energy they needed to survive? Who blew up the gas pipelines that functioned as the arteries of German industry?
- We need to scale back our propaganda as it prevents the serious discourse we need for course correction

@general_ben But wasn't Russian military response after NATO ignoring Russian red lines regarding NATO expansion - in 2008, 2014 and 2022, proof that Russian red lines are real. Bradleys, F16 etc turned out to rather ineffective; still it triggered more debilitating infrastructure attacks.
