Gravity wagons with scales are a great way to measure product on the yard and on the field. Here is a recent project we installed a scale on. This wagon we went with a retro paint colours.
Day 2 was a full day and there is more to cover than what we have time for on our last day. It is physically possible to cover all 40 acres of building, but not if you stop at too many booths. Never been to real tractor pull so that was fun to watch people's expensive hobbies.
National Farm machinery show, day 1 summary. They say 300,000 walk through. It is big and nice to see some different booths compared to what we typically see up north.
Huge thanks to Mike and his crew from Milltown Colony for hosting a harvest and field meal. Harvest is donated to @Foodgrains to provide aid to those that need it most in over 80 countries. Mike is great at getting his neighbors involved and serves with passion. Great example
Excited to open up our Cfgb sunflower field again for public to enjoy. Same turn on rd 54 as last year but instead of going west turn east. Signs are up. Maybe 50% bloom this weekend but likely next will be much fuller.
Thanks to @cindy_mangin and husband Steve for showing our clan their new barn. It is amazing how far robotics, automation and data collection has come in this industry. Very efficient and comfortable for the cows. Great facility.
@HolmanFarms@wubbefarms@MYPrecisionAg Kyle is right, auto recording is a must, I sell digistar and agrimatics and I know guys trade in the digi-star for agrimatics because it is easier to use and manage the data. I also sell parts to farmers that do not want uharvest system and just want to use Agrimatics.
