@ProEra_9922 Yeah, the effects file is only for things like Nair, Up special, up tilt, etc it has no effect on the lights animation.

@ProEra_9922 I checked in game, looks fine on my end unless I change the game speed. Idk why it would be different for you. Perhaps an archive bit fix could fix the issue? I know the issue is that I'm moving the uv transform value back and it's adding interpolation frames. No idea how to fix

@ProEra_9922 In the process of making the mod I ended up creating versions of the animation that are twice as fast and twice as slow as the current one. I went ahead and included those files in an optional download on the mod page. Enjoy.
