Across the past 4 days, Volunteers from Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Galway & Westmeath underwent Personal Safety Techniques and Casualty Handling training in Lough Ennell. Thanks to Lough Ennell Trout Preservation Association @ennellcatchment for use of their facilities. (1/2)

After 40yrs service Noel McManus is retiring today from his role in the Department of Defence Civil Defence Branch, based in Rathra.
