Yesterday, your @FineGael Councillors on @dlrcc voted (as promised) to CUT your Local Property Tax.

Over 85k homeowners in our area will benefit from a 15% reduction in their LPT bill in 2022, following the passage of Fine Gael's motion by 24 votes to 16.

In Fingal alone there has been 2700 HAP tenancies which have housed 10,000 people. HAP is not the solution to the housing shortage, but until supply gets to where it needs to be, they are a vital short term method of providing people with accommodation.
