Accordingly, concerned companies are required to review the scope of their operations, determine whether their activities fall under the approved regulatory framework,

Companies involved in the import, manufacturing, storage, transport, distribution, marketing, sale, or supply of petroleum products are encouraged to review the new requirements and ensure their operations are aligned with the approved framework.

أطلقت دبي إطاراً تنظيمياً جديداً لتداول المنتجات البترولية بموجب قرار المجلس التنفيذي رقم (85) لسنة 2025. ويهدف التنظيم إلى تعزيز السلامة العامة، وحماية البيئة، ورفع كفاءة الحوكمة والامتثال التشغيلي في قطاع المنتجات البترولية في دبي.
