@FlyAirNZ disappointed. Tried to use Koru and apparently they “ are in peak period”. Auckland is the emptiest Ive seen. Let’s remember you guys changed my flights leaving me with a long layover. Your staff assured gold status upgrades could be used AKL TO YVR. Very poor. Done.

I am so very disappointed with my #AirNewZealand check-in experience. 3 staff. 2 completely rude. Do these team members forget they are the first impression for the airline. Frankly I get better service from other less reputable airlines. Terrible start to long haul trip.

@etihad really disappointed me yesterday. With the issues in aviation with SIA youd think they’d be hot on safety. I sat in 13A on a flight MLE-AUH 25/5 and they forgot the exit row brief. Very strange!
