@AxisBank I have records of interactions where your team has confirmed that I will not need to visit branch and my KYC is complete. Why was my account frozen without any information? This is #harrasment and causing huge inconvenience to me, not to mention financial loss.

@AxisBank if visiting a branch is mandatory, why not state it at first. Why give hope of internet banking and mobile banking at all? Show an @RBI Circular that says branch visit is a must. Stop your harrasment and activate my account. I want my account activated digitally.
