From the football pitch to the negotiating table to the battlefield, every step we take as Iranians is part of a larger struggle: defending the honor and dignity of our dear people.

This shameful exhibition of arrogant defiance — against reason, law, morality, and justice — is yet another inevitable result of the absolute impunity bestowed upon an apartheid terrorist regime by its enablers. This regime continues its genocidal campaign against the Palestinian people and throughout the region with utter disregard for all civilized norms.
It is long past time for the world to rise and confront this grave, unprecedented threat to peace and humanity.
This is not a rant by a random genocidal lunatic. It's a public post by the national security minister of the Israeli regime.
The genocidal death cult headquartered in Tel Aviv is a threat to all of humanity. It threatens all humans. Its only interest is permanent war.
Today, at the 62nd Session of the Human Rights Council, Fatemeh Zahra Sheikhabadi, a student at Shajareh Tayyebeh School in #Minab, shared the story of a child whose only wish was to attend school, learn, and play with friends—until war transformed her school into a place no child should ever have to witness.
In her message to the international community: "Hear the voices of the children of Minab and hold those responsible for this attack accountable."
The 30 seconds of silence at the #HRC62 served as a poignant reminder of the children who were denied their right to remain simply children.

Today marks the first anniversary of the beginning of a 12-day war of aggression launched by the United States and the Israeli regime against the Iranian people. These were days marked by relentless bombardment, assassinations, targeting of civilians, scientists, and military commanders, as well as attacks on the country’s peaceful nuclear facilities, during which the principles of international law and humanitarian norms were openly violated.
Several months later, on 28 February 2026, the continuation of these actions once again inflicted another wound of aggression upon the people of Iran and our beloved country.
Today, one year on, the memory of all the martyrs of those days remains alive in the memory of the Iranian nation and will never be forgotten.
Despite all its wounds, this land stands firm and believes that, despite the silence and inaction of the international community, justice will ultimately prevail, and the perpetrators of these crimes must be held accountable before justice.
ONE NATION.
ONE TEAM.
COUNTLESS HEARTS.
Minab 168 🎒
In memory of the victims of the #Minab school tragedy, the Iran national football team camp has been named ahead of #WorldCup2026.
They are not on the pitch, but they are always with us.
THE 12TH PLAYER. ⚽️🖤
Water is the pulse of life — and the U.S. is deliberately targetting the lifeblood of the Iranian people.
As part of its aggression against Iran, the U.S. military has deliberately struck vital civilian water infrastructure in Sirik, Hormozgan, destroying two reservoirs with a combined capacity of 2,500 cubic meters.
These facilities supplied drinking water to more than 20,000 residents across ten villages.
This is not collateral damage — it is a calculated war crime and a flagrant violation of human rights and international humanitarian law.
The U.S. must be held accountable for committing such systematic brutal attacks on civilian life-sustaining infrastructure.
Today, Board of Governor adopted with a shaky vote, another political resolution on Iran’s peaceful nuclear activities; devoid of professionalism expected from a technical body.
How can #IAEA be trusted when instrumentalized by warmongers, and decapacitated in a way that is not even able to express a simple concern over the most extensive unlawful armed attacks - unprecedented in its history- on peaceful safeguarded nuclear facilities of a member State?
The resolution hypocritically expresses support for a diplomatic solution, while the U.S. simultaneously engages in further acts of aggression including against Iranian civilian infrastructure and promotes confrontation in different fora. Diplomatic solution needs a minimum good faith.
Iran will protect its inalienable rights including in response to this flawed resolution.

¡Maravilloso!
Statement by @IRIMFA_EN of Iran’s Defensive Strikes Against Targets of the Zionist regime
(Unofficial Translation)
7 June 2026
“Whoever commits aggression against you, respond to him in the same measure as he has aggressed against you.”
(Holy Quran)
Following the repeated violations of the ceasefire of 8 April 2026 and the continued acts of aggression by the Zionist regime against Lebanon and the Islamic Republic of Iran—including through its collaboration with the terrorist U.S. military in the attacks carried out over the past two weeks against Iranian vessels and targets in the southern regions of the country, as well as its complicity with the U.S. regime in acts of maritime piracy against the Iranian nation—the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on the evening of Sunday, 7 June 2026, targeted several military objectives in the northern occupied territories of Palestine in the exercise of their inherent right of self-defense pursuant to Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations.
The Islamic Republic of Iran, while reaffirming the firm determination of the Iranian nation to decisively defend its security and national interests wherever it deems necessary, recalls that the ceasefire in Lebanon constituted an integral part of the ceasefire understanding reached on 8 April 2026. The United States Government bears direct responsibility for the ceasefire violations committed by the Zionist regime, the consequences arising therefrom, and any further escalation of tensions in the region.
The Islamic Republic of Iran warns that any reckless adventurism by the Zionist regime against Lebanon or the Islamic Republic of Iran will be met with a crushing and comprehensive response by Iran’s brave Armed Forces.
In memory of #MakanNasiri, a football-loving schoolboy who was among the children killed at Shajareh Tayyebeh Elementary School in #Minab. Buried beneath the rubble after an American missile strike, almost nothing remained of him except a single shoe.
No child's dream should ever end this way.
#FIFAWorldCup #WorldCup2026
You cannot whitewash conduct that violates FIFA regulations and breaches the United States’ host obligations merely by praising yourselves.
Why do you not say that visas were denied to a large portion of the managerial and executive staff, technical advisers, and others who are an integral part of any national football team?
You have now escalated the deliberate and discriminatory treatment against Iran’s national football team to its highest level.
By extending your whimsical hostilities against the Iranian nation into the realm of sport, the U.S. government in practice is depriving Iran’s national team of its right to play in the World Cup under normal conditions and without undue pressure and stress.
This represents the worst possible form of politically biased interference in sport.
FIFA must hold the US accountable for violations of its rules and for the discriminatory treatment of Iran's national football team.
Based on Mr. Aoun's comments, one would think it's Iran that has occupied 1/5 of Lebanon, displaced 1/4 of Lebanese and bombing his country on daily basis.
Had Lebanon been bargaining chip for Iran, we'd have a deal long ago.
Save Lebanon from your real foe, Mr. President.
On the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression, we remember the children of Shajareh Tayyebeh School in #Minab, whose lives were tragically ended in the missile attacks by the United Stated of America. The loss of 168 students is not merely a statistic—it is 168 stolen futures, 168 silenced dreams, and an enduring wound carried by families, a community, and a nation. Their memory stands as a solemn testament to the human cost of war.
As we honor these innocent victims, we reaffirm a fundamental principle: children must never be targets of violence, and schools must never become battlefields. Remembering the children of Minab is both an act of remembrance and a call for accountability, justice, and the protection of future generations from the tragedies of armed conflict. Their names must never fade from our conscience.
