Amazon charging for returns is the most disruptive act to online shopping we’ve had yet.

New Apple C1 modem is a big deal if it works well in the real world.

Every chip Apple creates brings a lot to the user experience. H1 and H2 most solved the worst Bluetooth headphone problems. Most people don’t even realize how terrible Bluetooth is until they get the H2 experience.

Hopefully this will be the same for cellular in a few years.

The iPhone 16e is not an iPhone 16 mini. It’s not supposed to be a shrunken down flagship phone.

Even the iPhone 16 isn’t a flash ship phone.

It’s supposed to be a cheap iPhone to compete with other cheap phones.

Complaining about line by line feature differences and compromises Apple had to make is like complaining the iPhone 16 doesn’t have all the features of the iPhone 16 Pro.

The iPhone SE wasn’t an iPhone. The iPhone isn’t an iPhone Pro. An iPhone Pro isn’t an iPhone Pro Max.

My Samsung refrigerator has been making a weird noise and the water dispenser stopped working, so I called their service line

Spent 10 minutes ‘troubleshooting’ (had already done that) before I could give a serial number

They made a ticket with the issue and sent a link to schedule service

Link wouldn’t let me submit a request, said to call the *same number* I had just called

Sat through the automated system again to get to another representative, re-explained everything and gave them the ticket number. Waited on hold for them to get up to speed

10 more minutes confirming issue and service address

They gave me another service ticket and told me I’ll get a call back in 2 days, I don’t get to pick the appointment time. WHAT
