@CTVLondon @NPaparellaCTV I thought protecting people was the responsibility of police? Sometimes people with mental illness are at risk of harming themselves and need protection from that. It's a shame police don't feel it's in their job description to help these vulnerable citizens. @lpsmediaoffice
