If all you are judging by is this video, that's your first problem. A lot we dont know here.

First, she was a second responding officer and had JUST arrived. She immediately ran into the fight. She immediately piled on and restrained his arm. Her partner THEN advised he has knife and she drew her weapon, pointed it at his chest and ordered his surrender. He complied.

If she THEN shoots him, it's murder. Is that what you want?

Understand police tactics and the law as well as civil rights before you comment demanding her termination or that they murder this guy.

In the initial fight, shooting would have been justified as he attempted to kill the officer but he was tied up in the struggle and couldn't shoot. His ballistic vest saved his life but limited his feel of the knife.. He very well might not have felt it at all.

As a retired cop, I saw very little to critique here because I've been there and it's not as simple as folks want to think.
