The bigger the rocks the more porosity it has. So when you plant a vegetable that needs more water one should mix in pebbles to make the soil more porous so the water can easily reach the roots. #apesland#franklinlorax
By growing my radishes, I was able to gain a better understanding of how certain plants need different types of soil. Using the soil classification chart we were able to figure out that radishes need a light sandy loam; however, all plants are different. #apesland@franklinlorax
Chris is one of the 8 billion people on this planet. He drives a big truck which eats up a lot of gas. This isn’t very good for the environment and he is leaving a big ecological footprint on the planet. #apespop@franklinlorax
Just Ice fishing and looking at all the people around me I saw 30 people and each person makes up 0.00000000125% of the worlds population that can tell me that just seeing this makes up 0.0000000375% of the world population.

At work, I increase my ecological footprint by using different types of machinery that aren’t always the most fuel efficient. However by not providing safe conditions for the public, there is a chance for population decrease in Milwaukee due to accidents. #apespop@franklinlorax
This is my dog Shiloh. She’s a K type strategist species. We know this because she was born to a relatively small litter and was being cared for lovingly by her mother before we kidnapped her. #apesecology@franklinlorax
Rabbits are an example of a R-selected species. They are a type of species that are lower quality but reproduce a lot; unlike K- selected species, which are high quality but reproduce little. #apesecology@franklinlorax
The Oak Creek Water Treatment Facility removes pathogens and creates clean water for people to drink and utilize. The water is stored in water towers which then use gravity to pump water to our taps. Never realized how I took this for granted untill now. @franklinlorax#apeswater
