1. It all starts with a cashflow business. My main one is a remote advertising agency. I started it 5 years ago while still in high school. Got a couple other businesses as well.

They did circa $2.5m PROFIT this year. This lets me contribute $100k a month to my portfolio.

2. Invest in high risk/high return portfolio in your 20s/30s

Your 20s & 30s are for taking risks. Your 40s+ are for protecting wealth.

I did $2.5m from biz & circa $8m from crypto investments this year.

3. Use 'other people's' money if you can.

Whether thats bank's money to invest in property or what I did a few times was loans backed against my crypto.

Made an extra $3m in Feb then Oct by borrowing $1m each time & flipping a quick 2.5x in 2 projects then paid back loan.

4. Alternative investments.

In the past 2 years I've spent $1.2m on watches & my watch collection is worth $2.2m+ atm.

Also spent $150k on Birkins that are worth $350k-$400k atm. Keeping those for the future wife.

You can have fun + make money at the same time.

5. Have a 'guilt free' budget.

I don't want to penny pinch. If you make mills a year but you fret over a daily $5 Starbucks order... you ain't really wealthy.

Put MAJORITY of your money into investments, then BLOW the rest however makes your heart feel alive.

6. You get what you give.

Even if you make $30k a year, EVERYONE should give away 2-10% of their income.

Find what you're passionate about. For me, it's education. Fully funded & built 4 schools in Nepal & working on the 5th now.

7. Forget the girls, focus on a woman.

If you wan't to build something substantial gents - the way is either celibacy or focus on a woman who keeps you grounded.

I should take my own advice lol. I always have great relationships but inevitably revert back to single life.

8. You can't outrun the devil.

No matter how much money you make, your traumas will follow you.

You need to do the inner work, every damn day. No matter how 'perfect' my life looks I gotta fight demons from a very 'complicated' childhood every damn day.

9. F**K you money is when you can say what you want.

There's many people who made billions this year but are PUPPETS. They can't say what they want.

You can't cancel me. I made my money my way. Always talked taboo topics. Always stood up for what's wrong in the world.

10. Build your relationship with 'the creator'

Whether you believe in god, a higher power, an energetic frequency - I don't care.

I trust 95% of religious people I meet (no matter what religion), but I only trust 5% of atheist. No soul. Lives too much in the physical realm.
