🚨🌳 Botafogo Ownership Update
📝 Reports in Brazil claim Evangelos Marinakis and Kia Joorabchian have submitted an official proposal to acquire 90% of Botafogo SAF.
🤝 The bid is also said to have the backing of John Textor, who has reportedly stated he would support the proposal.
📌 The development comes amid months of reports linking Nottingham Forest, Botafogo and wider discussions involving player transfers and financial disputes.
⚠️ GDA Luma are still reported to be the favourites in the race to acquire the Brazilian club.

I don’t know what it is about social media people who are therapists or in the therapy space, but a load of them seem to have adopted that condescending, cliche, slow, breathy, shithead voice. Fucking gets on me. Just talk like a normal person.
@Reggie8jb I don’t get all this cutting in and back and slowing down play. Frustrates me. It’s not like our current wingers are slow either. Not that they have the skill of Ola, mind you. Lads a great footballer
Action shot from Manchester Great Run earlier today. Put it through ChatGPT to clean it up and somehow it’s coloured in my beard like I’ve got one of them spray-on barbershop beards. Oh and changed my face when I didn’t ask it to 🤣
Great Manchester Run done. Little bit slower than Birmingham Half earlier this month, but still pulled a sub 1:55 out of my arse after a crap month of prep.
Made sure I gave my regards to Citeh and Yanited
#NFFC garibaldi red dog running kit today
In my hotel in Manchester and there’s a load of tourist Yanited fans cheering like their lives depend on Arsenal losing the #champi̇onsleague
They’ve even turned up in their shirts…
Bit cringe
🚨🐺 Wolves agree deal to sign Kieran Trippier on a free move, here we go!
Deal done on a two year contract as @SkySports_Keith reports.
The agreement will include an extra season as option. Trippier already said yes.
NEW: Tony Blair has accused Keir Starmer, Andy Burnham and Wes Streeting of putting Labour’s future at risk by abandoning the centre ground.
In highly unusual intervention for a past PM, he warns the party’s “almost infinite capacity for self-delusion” means it is likely to lose the next election.
In a scathing 5,700-word attack, Blair argued for government to crack down on welfare spending, abandon restrictions on oil & gas and smooth relations with Donald Trump 👇
