Beach pride

Do it, whatever it takes!

[Beach pride @DuggalManya]

@DelhiJalBoard It has been nearly 6 days since the water supply last came in Mehrauli, Ward No. 2. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, the JE is not responding.

Please speak to the concerned officials immediately and ensure that the water supply is restored.

[Beach pride @DuggalManya]

@SwiggyCares No response just like your customer service team. That is what they do people of India. They have tie up with multiple restaurants from where they take money and mark orders as delivered without delivering it. #don'tbuyfromswiggy

[Beach pride @DuggalManya]

@Swiggy - Absolutely pathetic service by them. Last night, I ordered food and the delivery agent marked it as delivered however, I did not receive my order. Upon contacting customer service, all I get in response is to email for my lost order. This is beyond my understanding.

[Beach pride @DuggalManya]

@SwiggyCares This doesn't answer my question. Where is my refund?

[Beach pride @DuggalManya]

@SwiggyCares Why is the feedback only resort? Why am I not receiving my money back?

[Beach pride @DuggalManya]

@SwiggyCares ORDER #203445666285166

[Beach pride @DuggalManya]

@SwiggyCares - Is this how you care for your customers?
