@BradSherman Will you ever get bored pretending to work for the american people? Right now, your only genuine act of love will be your suicide and I'm not sure you have enough of a soul to leave the path you're on.
Genuinely willing to declare a truce on this: we on the left will stop celebrating the deaths of irredeemable human detritus, if you weirdos stop trying to posthumously redeem them.
@GarethDennis Especially if the dead vulture is a prime example of the protected workshop that journalism has become for the genetic offal of the upper class. Too bestial to be near the levers of power, sentient enough to be a smear merchant aimed at class traitors and other designated targets
It’s great how the pressure release valve for America used to be cheap land, but now it’s just blaming every inconvenience on small powerless groups of people.
This country is awash in guns. But for some of America's most vulnerable people, the right to bear arms may soon be infringed -- unless 3D printers can arm them underneath a fascist government's nose. Welcome to the years of lead and plastic. https://t.co/oTCcMh8lw7
@souljagoyteller It's boredom I assume atp. There's not much else to hitch a waggon to if needling for a reaction is your listeners main way of engaging with others. Quick, instant gratification sampled with a loose sense of community that you can ditch at any point.

Marathon, like Helldivers 2 before it, illustrates to me that to developers one of the biggest perils of making a live service game must be that it has to concern itself with the opinions of gamers
@alain_berset Alain, you know this law won't be used on terrorists. It will be used by corrupt officers to silence and murder civilians. The illegal settlements will expand, the bribes increase and the donations for the party that made the theft possible, will balloon.
@billiongjgly I believe it is a tradition originating from the middle ages. Judges used to carry a staff while presiding over a case. They broke the staff when passing a death sentence.
To break the staff over someone is an expression some old timers still use in Europe.
@postoctobrist Midlife crisis bikers help keeping the market of used bikes awash with items. I just wish they'd start with beginner engines. Getting something like a Ducati Monster as a novice just feels irresponsible.
