He was still in front of her and still photo shows he’s inches from the car in that very position. Had time probably measured in seconds to make a decision. And I just avoid fighting with cops with a gun on me.

@thedude11253 @SenRandPaul @GovTimWalz Saw the videos with my own eyes, very accurate. Pretty sure DHS made a statement right away. Prosecutors don’t say people are innocent or exonerated. They bring charges. But you’re right that someone in the banana republic of Minnesota will bring a political prosecution.
