The 2022-23 academic year has come to a close, and we thank you all for yet another wonderful year at #DukeSchool. While we're already planning for the next academic year, we want to take a moment to reflect on all the fun we had during the final week of school.
And just like that, our teacher work week has come to an end. We gathered to celebrate another incredible year at Duke School and big farewell and love to those whose journeys take them beyond Duke School. Thank you all! Have a great summer! #DukeSchool
Our sixth-graders created four trails around #DukeSchool campus and a sculpture garden for their final project this year. Our upstanders became advocates for small changes that can have a significant impact and how people can improve their communities through design thinking.
First graders held poetry readings during the last week of school. After researching the structural elements of poetry, students wrote original poems which they read aloud to families and guests in attendance. Well done!
