Virginia Tech’s biggest effect on the CFP conversation this year has been them cancelling their game against JMU. VT fans will rejoice when 13-0 JMU doesn’t make the playoffs because they avoided us.
If they wanted, P4 teams could band together to block top G6 from CFP forever
@_Raising_Kane_ BTJ in every 3 WR package, it feels like this is one last chance for him before the bye and some decisions will be made if nothing changes in the next few hours
@JMUBarstool They need to go back to some sort of computer automated ranking systems. Until then, JMU or other G6’s will somehow happen to find themselves ranked at 25 every year
@J_Collyay His leg got hit as it was coming down, I don’t fully blame him. He’s so cheap right now, I’d hate to trade him for him to go break out elsewhere when he makes good blocks and opens the field up with the deep threat. Unless we’re getting a player of need now, I’d hate for a pick
@UpOneOctave@SamuelDJativa@JMUGameday Your argument is that USF was better than JMU when the current freshman at these respective schools weren’t even born yet?
@JMUGameday My oldest son goes to George Mason & my youngest son goes to VCU. We avoided JMU because of the way folks like you behave. I have no doubt my sons are at better schools.
@TheHerdBros I have a feeling the American becomes a faster-acting (and less damaged) PAC-12. USF, Memphis and more might leave, but they’ll just pull the top of the sunbelt again. I’d be shocked if at least one of App State, Marshall, Coastal, ODU doesn’t follow in the coming years
