Duke's had its annual collection for the @WansbeckFoodBa1 last week and collected a staggering amount of food. Thank you to the generosity of the students, parents and staff who supported this great cause. A small donation of cash was also handed over.

Brillant start to this years Wansbeck Food collection. Staff at Duke's and central services donated 110 advent calendars. We will be collecting food over the coming weeks for a big handover on the 14th December.

Congratulations to the 1st prize winner of a signed Newcastle ladies team football from our sports day raffle. All proceeds from this will be going towards supporting future events organised by the fundraising committee. Keep an eye out for our next community event in 2023/2024.

The students from the ARC and nurture lunch club have enjoyed transforming an empty area of nothing into small garden with Mrs Oakley. Where they are growing flowers and vegetables. The transformation in just 6 weeks has been phonomenal.

On the last day of the Spring term, students were asked to wear non-uniform in support of Autism Acceptance week in return for small donation. An incredible £467.55 was raised and gifted to the National Autistic Society. A massive thank you to all those who took part.
