@HarleyDF I assume you mean the 15% book tax rate, which is designed to close a loop hole used by companies to drive down taxable income and avoid paying a 21% tax (which as you will recall Trump dropped from 35%). I doubt layoffs will occur but manufacturing costs May go up a bit.
