A year on from the Supreme Court ruling, trans people have faced a wave of exclusions at work, in sports clubs and in everyday public life. Gender-critical activists have also been emboldened to drag inclusive organisations through the courts.

The government must scrap the EHRC’s guidance and legislate that all single-sex spaces are trans-inclusive by default.
