If that ever got into central new york you would know about it. The symptoms are awful and the only reason we dont get it in the west is that you nomally are dead before you can get a plane anywhere.

That never really happened.
99% of all the surgeries on under 18s were gender affirming meaning. Quite a few boys grow breasts in their teens and need them removed or some girls overgrow breasts which makes sports impossible and they get reduced a bit. That sort of thing.
These are not surgery to change sex. You have been lied to.
