@airasia Did you actually read what I said? Ask Bo will not let me make a complaint because the flight number is no longer recognised!!
Ask Bo is a total waste of time.

@airasia This does not work as Bo no longer recognises my flight number when I go through that process. I put my case number in and it said i would be emailed within 7 days, two weeks have passed and nothing. Is there another way (aprt from Bo) to contact someone. Ask Bo is a total waste

@airasia Can someone please get in touch with me please, ask Bo is a waste of time and won't allow me to make a complaint as it requests a flight number which is not valid as you cancelled the flight.

@airasia This case is taking far too long. It's been weeks now and I want my money back. Your chat bot Bo is a total waste of time as it just sends me around in circles and won't allow me to speak to a real person. Please get this sorted I will look into taking some legal advice.

@airasia Tried this, it does not work as it then asks for a flight number which I put on in, then it does not recognise it as the flight was cancelled. I have a case number and when I enter that is tells me the case is being looked at.
