I have renewed my passport last July 9. But until now I haven't received it yet. I called @DFAPHL hotlines and emailed them also, but got no concrete response regarding the status of my passport. Cant contact QRS also.
This is frustrating 🙄

We had appointment on 12th at Robinson Las Pinas (TOPS) and passport is still somewhere in the chain.
Been almost a month.. express service selected.
