@RealJohnnyTime Oracle most likely to get to the first blame in any exploit. Oracles are not smart, dont pick long tail assets which doesnt have enough liquid markets and blame the oracle.
Have guard rails, either third party or build in house.

Why is zero-delay automation such a big deal?

With zero-delay automation, the automation rules are enshrined in the blockchain execution engine itself and can be executed every block, every 2 blocks, or say every time Bitcoin hits 100K$.

This cannot be ensured if an automation network is a network external to the blockchain.
