On December 30th, a woman named Vickie Williams was seen wandering a retirement community.

Security guards saw her.

Cameras caught her multiple times.

One resident was so unnerved by an encounter with her that they hit a panic alarm.

...then she knocked on the Getmans' door.

She asked if she could use their shower and charge her cellphone.

Darryl and Sharon Getman, 83 and 80 years old decided they should show some kidness...

...and they let her in.

Sometime between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m., prosecutors say Vickie Williams grabbed a kitchen knife and brutally m*rdered them both.

A forensic pathologist testified they found of MULTIPLE wounds.

Both had defensive wounds, meaning an 83-year-old man and his 80-year-old wife spent their final moments fighting for their lives.

When police found Darryl, a butcher-style knife was still buried in his abdomen.

There were bloody footprints through the house and out into the garage.

She drove it all the way to Savannah, Georgia.

And when she turned up at a man's apartment in Georgia days later, here is what he testified, under oath, this week:

"She told me she bought a new car."

She LIED about it and he said she was rushing inside "like somebody was after her or something."

She was arrested January 2nd at an Amtrak station in Savannah, still driving the couple's car.

And now, almost four years later, her defense is that she was suffering from 'psychosis" and should be found not guilty by reason of insanity.

Prosecutors say she has an arrest record going back decades of assault and robbery.

A search for five missing women is intensifying after investigators uncover more than one million images and videos inside a Philadelphia "house of horrors," including disturbing footage of women appearing unconscious or lifeless.

@AlexisMcAdamsTV reports a father and son are at the center of the federal investigation, which began unraveling after the son was found with a woman carrying a fake ID bearing the name of one of the missing women.

Some of the women have been missing since 2016 as investigators now work to identify remains found in urns inside the basement and examine a 55-gallon drum and containers of unknown chemicals found at the property.

🚨🔎🚨NEW: Idaho prosecutors are accusing Bryan Kohberger's new legal team trying to buy time to find better arguments for his bid to withdraw his guilty plea.

"Unfortunately for [Kohberger], that is now how discovery in post-conviction proceedings works," writes Deputy Latah County Prosecuting Attorney Keith Scholl in a response to the convicted killer's request for more time to file an amended petition.

The deadline is currently set for Nov. 13 — four years to the day since the Idaho student murders in Moscow.

Kohberger's lawyers argue that the Nov. 13 deadline would force them to irrevocably waive any claims not included in the amended petition, which is due before discovery deadlines set for next year. They want to see discovery materials before filing it.

Prosecutors have also filed a motion to dismiss Kohberger's handwritten petition outright, but that is not expected to succeed given the likelihood that his lawyers will replace it with a new amended petition.

Kohberger pleaded guilty on July 2, 2025, to four counts of first-degree murder and a burglary charge for the stabbing deaths of 21-year-olds Madison Mogen and Kaylee Goncalves as well as 20-year-olds Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin.

A year later, he claimed in a self-produced motion for post-conviction relief that he had ineffective counsel and was duped into pleading guilty by his former defense attorneys.
