@fut_trader_D Ive been changing formations a lot and ive found if I don’t have my fullbacks set to fullback I don’t have that problem, but obvs that creates other problems 🥴
@TheScore01 I’m pretty sure on the whole Xabi will be happy with this window even losing Enzo the squad and more importantly the 11 has improved massively. Other managers have had a lot less this window tbh especially rivals so we should be comfy top 4
@fut_trader_D We don’t have a natural left back in the squad now Cucurella has gone he will get a lot of game time that’s for sure gives us the option of being more flexible and using wingbacks which Xabi loves
@RobOsborne19 Tbh I just ignore half the people on this platform, any real Chelsea fan can’t have any doubts based on 2 pre season games with over half the team missing. Most the accounts talking shit are based around 5,000 miles from the UK usually
@ChrisSweetman6 Doubt it will be Kvara with Mbappe and Vini there already. Also first bid for Osimhen of €150m seems way above market value. I think more likely to be Neves or Doue
@TheScore01 It’s almost like a complete reversal of last year where we was massively disadvantaged by a tough CWC in America and having 2 weeks pre season. Now every team loses players to a World Cup in America, and some of our best players are going to be rested as having one game a week
@BoyHaz1@elIisburner Obvs this is only if players wanted to go but let’s say we sold Cucu for 50m and got Lewis hall for same that would be an upgrade
Or if Enzo went for 100m and we got Bruno g a really high level lw/10 , that could benefit the balance of the team long term
@BoyHaz1@elIisburner So I would like to keep all of them personally and my first comment wasn’t necessarily to dig those players out, more just to point out I don’t think selling them if they want to go is a tragedy and in some ways might even benefit the team
@BoyHaz1@elIisburner Enzo and Pedro were. I thought Cucurella was disappointing majority of the season in fact I’d say he’s only had 18 good months out of the 4 years he’s been here, I do like him but he’s limited. My points Is more we finished 10th when these were all starting regularly anyways
@bfutbol__ I seem to remember something similar before Leeds too. Where he said he was worried as they changed to a back 5 against city and found success and now he wasn’t sure how they would set up
@jambbie147@TheScore01 Mudryks fee and wages substantially less. Also Fofana has been holding up a squad spot for one of our most problematic position in the team for well over 3 years, 4 years at the end of the season. That’s why I think he’s the biggest mistake
