Can any single person say that Ken Ofori-Atta would not have gotten bail, if he had stayed? This Government has not opposed bail in a single case of corruption we have seen under ORAL so far.
So if Ken Ofori-Atta did not want to come back to Ghana, no sane person can claim it’s because he was afraid of a fair trial.
The impunity to believe that he is entitled to be immune from the mechanisms for accountability set up under our democracy should shock us to marrow.
Yet people jubilate widely at this ridiculousness.
Even when I was charged with Treason; a charge so ridiculous that Godfred Dame was going about telling everyone that it wasn’t his doing. But something Akufo-Addo forced him to do.
I stayed in Ghana.
Even when the Government placed a national security operative in my Ashaiman cell on me with a knife. I stayed in this country.
Even when agents maintained surveillance on me for months, I stayed.
Even when I was approached by a security person, claiming they wanted to join a coup plan, and I knew it was a set up attempt, I stayed.
Even when the Government opposed any attempt by me to travel out of this country, claiming I will run away I stayed.
For a Facebook post. I was no Minister of State. Just a person who wanted his country fixed!
I find it despicable that some voices which claim to be voices of conscience, openly justify Ofori-Atta’s actions.
If Ghanaian politicians have any sense, they should not appoint me Special Prosecutor. Because they themselves know paa, that if there is one person who hates their theft clubs and how they take Ghana for granted. No stone would remain unturned to bring them to face justice.
Abufusem!
This young South African gave South African a bitter pill to swallow.
He’s young but made Jacinta and Ubuntu warrior look like brainless children.
How old is the kid again 🥺❤️
It was pure madness as Stonebwoy shut down UniMAC – Legon South Campus’ SRC Artiste Night with a wild, electrifying performance that had the entire crowd on their feet! 🎤⚡
