Andrew Tate is in custody pending extradition to England on rape, human trafficking, and child pornography charges. That’s in addition to a slate of similar charges he and his brother face in Romania.

Tate is tight with the Trumps. It’s reported that it was Trump’s intervention that got the Tate brothers sprung from restriction to Romania. Tate is pals with Trump Junior and Barron Trump, who is said to have received dating tips from the misogynistic alleged sex trafficking rapist.

Days after Trump won the election in November 2024, Tate tweeted to his 10+ million followers, “My case being dismissed. Watch this space.” In January, Tate told a media gathering outside a courthouse in Romania, “Donald Trump is the future of the western world, everybody knows it, and everybody needs to get in line and obey him. He runs the world. He's a good friend of mine and I’m going to help him." Three weeks after Trump’s inauguration, Tate tweeted “The Tates will be free, Trump is the president. The good old days are back.” Two weeks later, after the Tates were authorized to leave Romania, they landed in Fort Lauderdale.

Alina Habba was Trump’s personal attorney. She was Counsel to the President at the start of Trump’s second term until Trump installed her as U.S. Attorney for New Jersey. When that was found to be illegal, she became Senior Advisor to Attorney General Pam Bondi and then Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, who she still serves today on the taxpayer’s dime.

In January 2025, shortly after being named as Counsel to the President Trump, Habba appeared on indicted sex predator Tate’s podcast. During her banter with Tate, she told him that she was a “big fan” of his and added, “I got your back over here.”

On July 9th, convicted felon and the man Tate called a “good friend” Donald Trump paid E. Jean Carroll $5,625,005.48 as the result of a jury finding that he sexually assaulted and defamed Ms. Carroll. He remains President of the United States and owner of the Republican Party.
