By far the hardest of my 6 ultra marathons... ridiculously tough. Heat, humidity, jungle terrain. It was brutal...but I did it, and running in with the local kids was amazing. @royalmarsden

@Raworthontherun It's a Park Run...the answers in the name...if it was park race then perhaps it would matter ... The only time I look at is my own, and whether I was faster or slower than last week.TBH I'd do park run even if there wasn't timing.
