@Bell had my service cut off while they were looking into the overbilling compliant. Told that was not going to happen. Then told they have no control of the system because it is done by a computer. Wow glad I am not out of work from COVID and had trouble with paying.
@Bell Told that I would get a call by Jan 25 with review of the taped conversation. Still waiting, then told they do not do that.. Then had my service cut off while the investigation was on-going. Then told that someone would call this morning... never happened.
@Bell make sure you all RECORD calls to Bell. The notes of you call may not be accurate. If there is a dispute they will not review the conversation but gladly take your money. Make sure you have your own record of the call... protect yourself.
@Bell do you record calls or not? Told by 2 loyalty reps you do and 1 rep you dont. I wanted my call reviewed because I was over billed. Promised it would be done... still waiting
@bellcanada RECORD every call with them. There notes are inaccurate. Good luck getting them to admit that or refund your money. They will tell you the call is being recorded - just a scare tactic. #BellCanada

I ordered my new stand mixer on line on November 19th. I received an email response confirming my order and got an order number. The tracking number doesnt work and I have called several times and no one can find my order and no one has contacted me to help.
@cogeco asked for a manager so I didnt have to repeat myself for the 4th time this morning... put on hold.... no manager ever came on the line... just was transferred to Momar the same customer service person. And Jennifer in collections transfer me before that...
@Bell_Support I have been told multiple times already that someone from #BellCustomerLoyality was looking into and I have yet to have someone follow up with me.
