My first sandwich post! I call it "We're All Eventual Lunch".
Inspired by Caduceus Clay from @CriticalRole . Crispy fried garlic butter portobello mushroom caps, caramelized onions, alfalfa sprouts, sun dried tomato pesto spread and a drizzle of lemon juice.

One of our first demands of Amazon last year was to recognize Juneteenth as a holiday and pay workers holiday pay.

They refused, but we haven’t let the issue go. This year we are once again demanding that Amazon show respect for its black workers and recognize Juneteenth.
