@Titans if you want support from the fan-base make their ROI on dollars and time spent worthwhile. You need to raise the bar, set higher goals, and make excellence the expectation. To quote a starting QB's statement, Otherwise as a franchise "We A*!"
I think the @Titans might be the first team to truly find out how a terrible product will impact a new Billion Dollar Stadium. My old college Marketing Professor Dr. Anderson said success is the right product, at the right price, at the right marketing mix.
Otherwise your stadium is just going to be filled with corporations writing off expenses as marketing expense, and online ticket resellers selling the majority of the seats to visiting opponents, tourists, and bachelorette parties.
@eastonfreeze The only thing Iβd even be interested in buying from the organization in its current state would be the plastic seats 5, 6, 7, & 8 from section 308 Row T. Iβd at least be able to sit in them on my porch and remember winning at home and my late mother who purchased the PSLβs.
@WorkforLife3 Went to the WeGo Board Members website. Lots of degrees and titles in the bioβs, no wrench turning experience. Executive officers again a lot of degrees good amount of βtransitβ experience. 1 CDL holder. O bios mentioned Maintenance & Repair. Numbers make sense now.
@BestNashTransit We stopped building aesthetically pleasing structures years ago. Itβs all ordered from the same catalog. That 2x4 LED panel exists in about every commercial building. Walls are the same off white or gray Sherwin Williams color. Makes part ordering easy but feels drab and bland
