Not all of us have the same journey and what some of us have Is a life full of suffering and trials.

Jacob Unfortunately has a life of suffering.

He's gone through a lot in his short 6 years and Was denied for his double pulmonary artery reconstruction heart surgeries.

He has so long to go and more procedures as well as therapies and medications that cost a lot.
