I am okay; I have friends with power who have been dropping off food for me and who helped me get my car out of the locked down garage. No damage (as far as I can tell?) to my house, but most services are canceled due to dangerous live power lines everywhere right now.

None of this has gone past local news, but it’s pretty bad out here ahaa… No gas left too bc the stations have no power/ ppl have bought tanks from the working stores to power their generators. Lost everything in my fridge and have moved my shrimp tank to work to keep them alive

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: The bad news: not ASAP. HapEle only refunds via taobao credit, meaning I’ll need to use my own funds for refunds. As many of you know, a lot of these funds are tied up in medical bills thanks to 2024 being a big ol’ stinker. (4/5)

Quick note - turns out sometimes my stickers come off, so if you get a box which has printed on the outside that it needs stored at -4C or -20C, please ignore that! I take clean boxes from work and can promise that they no longer have any weird temperature requirements 🤣

Oh, there are also currently rough plans in the air about doing a Jan/Feb wholesale of all the spare merch and collection trim downs. This would all be below market price in hopes of clearing the veritable Dragon Hoard that’s spawned over the years.

Are you okay with Two close friends being given access to sh0pify to help orders? This would give them access to your name, address, order to fill orders. Both are PHI trained and I trust them. But I understand if privacy is more important!
