Hey, @audible_com why are chapters in The Pale King broken up into hundreds of 5min chapters? This is mildly infuriating when the book's subsections and chapters are not aligned with your imposed chapters.

@audiblesupport I’m sorry but that does not make sense. In this case You aren’t grouping chapters- You are splitting chapters up. A chapter of the actual book is split to 20+ chapters in app. Have the audio team look at how the real book is divided. It’s a bad experience
@teachable - Your customer support through @Zendesk is slow, robotic, and does not put customers first. There should be some courses on teachable to help you level up your bad customer support. 👎
